Context Discussion
The context discussion is to ensure your organisation's ambition is placed at the centre of your Investors in People assessment.
This allows for your people management practices to be assessed in line with your context and ambition as an organistion - Your Alignment.
We will will facilitate a 2-hour interactive workshop with a few of the Senior Managers to agree the context of the assessment:
- Your understanding of the business goals over the next 1 to 5 years
- How these objectives link to IiP
- What you consider to be your strengths and weaknesses
- The performance measures you use and why
The second objective of the context meeting is to take time as a group to consider which IiP indicators are most relevant to your organisation to help achieve your ambition.
We can discuss what you think is your current performance level against each indicator, and where you would like to be in the future:

· Established
· Advanced
· High Performing
As a group we discuss your self-assessment and the types of evidence you have in your organisation to support your stated performance level.
