Workshop Description
Your journey with Investors in People is at the heart of everything we do.
We will discuss the rational for change, whilst providing you with an overview of the underlying research, the key principles in the refreshed framework and an in-depth session into the detail of the new content and what that means for you.
We will provide you with an overview of the new customer journey to ensure you are aware of the key changes in the assessment process and help you understand how the refreshed framework is relevant to your organisation through practical exercises.
This workshop will offer you a firm foundation in understanding the refreshed Generation VI framework.

* You will be co-ordinating or involved in the IIP assessment process or journey within your organisation
* You are looking to find out more on the refreshed framework and go more in-depth
* Your assessment or review is due to take place in the next 6 months and you want to find out more about the changes
