About Investors in People

Your managers are very keen to hear your views on any areas they can improve on, such as what the culture is like; whether you feel valued; supported in your role; how effective managers are; whether your performance is being monitored and reviewed; and, whether you understand how you are contributing to the success of the organisation, along with whether your contribution is recognised.
The whole process is confidential. Feedback I give cannot be attributed to an individual person. The interview is not a test and there are no right or wrong answers, it is the organisation I am assessing not you. However you are a very important part of the organisation as you are their greatest asset and advocate.
I will be choosing, at random, a selection of people from across the organisation with different roles and length of service to enable me to understand how people feel.
Unfortunately it is not possible for me to speak to everyone so this is a chance to be involved if you don’t get selected for interview.

You don't need to try to anticipate the answer you think I might be looking for - just tell it as it is. If your organisation is an Investor in People, it will become apparent from all of the discussions.
